Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

Great location and really quiet place between Raleigh and Cary. Despite the hotel and the room is definitely not new, I liked a really comfortable office armchair in the room and a comfortable bed. Coffee and vending machines are available in lobby, and there is a number of cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. A really good choice for the price offered.

Nice staff, actually were helpful, after my original booking was set with incorrect dates (was my fault), the property owner waves the cancellation fee and helped me find a solution with booking.com agent. It took a few hours, but the male who was a manager also helped me go to my room to grab my charger, even though it was multiple hours after checkout. The rooms were clean and its a nice location, and most hotel management/staff/prop owners would have taken my money, charged me the fee, called police etc… as they don’t care & almost seem to want to make peoples lives a living hell, so it’s incredibly refreshing to deal with humans that have morals. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff/management for working with me and showing humility/humanity ❤️

Clean, friendly and competent staff, quiet without noise or rowdy guests. Greeted immediately and given specific directions to my room.

Front desk El, Mira, Mr Amid nice polite kind and very helpful. Wonderful room comfortable bed. Clean and safe. I worked at Disney world this so the best value in Cary!! Housekeeping so nice.
